Diecast metal airplane in 1:500 scale, printed (not decaled), in meticulous detail. Made for the real enthusiast! To cope with the long distances between Northern Europe and the Canary Islands, this Spanish charter airline, founded in 1966, purchased three of the very first DC-8 version from Eastern Airlines. That made them quite an exception in Europe, as they had only been intended for the US market. The model with the registration EC-BXR is a limited edition of 2,200 pieces.
