The air frame was delivered to Braniff Airlines as N421BN. There is a picture of it on A-net. The air frame is at KSBD (San Bernadino, CA waiting its fate with a picture of it as late as 2008. The model is in the modern American Airline colors and is part of an 11 registration package released by Aeroclassics in 2010. There are only 24 copies of each of the 11 registrations which include L-188, CV-990, B707s and B727s. None of the registrations have been previously published so this is a great bunch for fleet collectors. This model has highly detailed landing gear. The passenger windows line up properly and the cockpit is properly leveled. The emergency exit marks on the wings are just part of many detailed etched into the wings of the model.
