I bought the first CV 580 GJ put out. It was a Frontier Airlines aircraft. In comparing these two need 580s there are some interesting differences. The Aspen group does not have the second antenna on the fuselage behind the main one above the cockpit. It is nice to see GJ reproducing some of the smaller airlines of days gone by. The Aspen group featured multi-colored aircraft with the aspen leaf on the tail Hopefully we will see the others soon. The model has great details such as landing lights, warning lights detailed scaled landing gear, sharply printed passenger windows, doors and cargo bays. (Posted on 3/10/2012)
