BlueBox400 American Airlines A300B4-605R Polished N7082A
This model with its polished metal finish really stands out. The aircraft first flew June 6, 1992 and was delivered to AA Sept. 11, 1992. It was stored April 1, 2009. It had 16,671cycles-43,322.07total time. It was later converted to a freighter Dec. 6, 2011 and operated by RUS Aviation.

The model box has some nice photos of the aircraft but has no markings saying Blue Box.

On the polished metal in my example there are some marks that came from rubbing in the plastic cradle or from the brushes used to shine the model. But even that flaw is over come by the other features. The gray colored tail with the AA logo on it is correctly produced. The American flag is at the top of the tail. The registration number is posted below the last window in the blue part of the cheat-line that overlays all of the windows. Below it is the white and the red parts of the cheat-line. Passenger doors are clearly marked. So are the cargo bay doors.

The Nose, the cock pit and the cockpit window are properly shape. The landing gear is scaled correctly and the fleet number is printed the the nose gear cover. The model's engines are correctly shaped. The words Luxury Liner are printed under the cockpit.
