The latest Delta colors look great on an old B747-400. This one came to Northwest Airlines in 1990 and was part of the merger with Delta in 2009. Ironic, isn't it, Delta had gotten rid of all their 744s before the merger and now the ones they have are the signature aircraft flying all over the world.
This is the fourth GJ Delta B744 in the current colors.
The mould is superb. The colors are matched correctly in shape and shade. The engine shape and paint are correct.
The model's has crisp printing of the passenger windows and doors on the white backdrop of the current Delta colors. The landing gear are sized correctly, the cockpit shape is correct and the nose correct on this model.
For Delta fans, GJ has sure blessed us with a collection over more than 20 models in 400 scale in the current colors. (Posted on 11/6/2013)
