Aeroclassic 400 Japan Air Lines Douglas DC-4 C-54 JA6001 白 馬 Hakuba eztoys exclusive!
This air frame started out with the USAF June 2, 1945 and later transferred to Pan American World Airways as N88883 Feb. 6, 1946 as a converted C-54E-15-DO as "Clipper Kathay". Sept. 26, 1952 the aircraft went to work for Japan Air Lines and was registered JA6001. The aircraft was eventually withdrawn from use. This is a beautiful model There is just one image on A-net: http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?cx=partner-pub-8297169501225184%3Aa05n2n-tzky&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=JA6001&sa=Submit&search_active=1&search=&sheadline=&search_field=datedesc&submit=&siteurl=www.airliners.net%252Fsearch%252Fphoto.search%253Fcnsearch%253D45642%252F172%2526distinct_entry%253Dtrue The details on this model are many. It has a passenger/cargo rear door. The colors of the model match with the real aircraft. The landing gear is scaled down to the hubcaps There is a fleet number printed on the nose gear doors. Spinning props further add to detail.
