After collecting a few 1/200 Gemini 777s I figured it was time to try an A380 and this model does not disappoint. The box arrived and I was blown away by the size right off the bat. This airplane is massive and you will feel the weight of it when you lift it out of the box. The landing gear are magnetic but work beautifully. Detail is second to none in my opinion. Gemini does a great job with these 1/200 models. I did not think the 777s would be beat in size but this A380 almost makes them look like 737s. If you are hesitant because of the $124.95 price tag my recommendation is to pull the trigger on this model. You will be blown away by the detail, size, and weight. (Posted on 10/4/2014)
