- Order Acceptance
- Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
- Pricing and Content Information
- While ezToys.com strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. ezToys.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, ezToys.com shall have the right, at ezToys.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mis-priced, ezToys.com may, at ezToys.com's discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of delivery, we will replace the item or credit you for the full amount. If the return is a result of our error, we will also pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original packaging and must pass inspection before a refund can be issued. Returns past the 7-day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Lowest Price Guarantee Guidelines
If you happen to find the same product at a lower price before your order is shipped, we will refund the difference promptly.
Price Match for Products You Would Like to Purchase:
If you want to purchase an item from ezToys and see it advertised at a lower price anywhere else, contact us and we will gladly place your order at the lower price. Include the lower price and the location where it was found.
Terms and Conditions:
Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. Expedited shipping offers may not be available for price match orders. Excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price matches discounts cannot be combined with ezToys promotional offers. California residents -price matches do not include state sales tax.
While we apologize for the inconvenience of any erroneous price or availability listings, they are impossible to avoid and do take place. ezToys reserves the right to correct such inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listings on this site or any other site.

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address.
In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost, based on our lowest-price shipping method and assuming all items in your cart are going to a single address. Please note that the estimated cost can be lower or higher than the actual cost of shipping depending on the rates.

- Limited Time Promotion Restrictions

Limited time promotions will only apply to "NEW" orders placed after the announcement of the promotion. Previously placed orders and pre-orders are not subject to the promotion. Terms of promtion can be changed without any notice. Coupon Codes cannot be redistributed or used in combination with any other offer. Promotions will not apply to any previously ordered items, cancelled or otherwise.
