I like this little airline that now gives Air Canada a good run for its money. Its reputation is one of good service and good will. Back in the 80s they had quite a difficult start as Air Canada ran side by side routes at prices that could not make any money, just break the back of an upstart airline like WestJet. Eventually the government "fixed" the problem and WestJet could be on a level playing field.
GJ's B737-700 with winglets is pretty much spot on and the colors of WestJet are depicted correctly in both font and colors. The colors are on a white back drop so they stand out as do the passenger windows and doors.
The engines are correctly shaped and sized as are the landing gear. The nose gear includes the fleet number of this aircraft. Front and aft cargo bay doors are marked on the model. The winglets are scaled properly. (Posted on 11/6/2013)
