Gemini Jets 400 Alaska Airbus A320-214 new livery N625VA
This aircraft went to work for Virgin America June 19, 2006, was delivered Sept. 20, 2006 and transferred to Alaska in their new livery January 24, 2018. It actually flew for Airbus on its first flight May 29, 2005

The GJ mould is spot on. The nose is properly shaped, the cock pit windows are done in dark gray and look sharp on the model.

The model has three antennas on top of the fuselage along with a red warning light. The Eskimo is vividly produced.

On the wing are egress arrows that and another detail which makes the model realistic. The wing merges with the fuselage seamlessly. The passenger windows also feature the dark gray color. The passenger doors have markings too small to see but add another dimension of detail well appreciated by collectors.

The cfm56-5B4/P engines are perfectly replicated. On the undercarriage there are several antennas and a red warning light. The landing gears are properly shaped and scaled and feature rolling rubber tires.

This 400 scale model joins my fleet of more than 100 AS models.
