- This model is beautiful. It's sleek and the polished metal you can just about see your face in it reflects so nicely. This model is depicted in the Northwest Orient colors and later in its life the "Orient" was dropped and the tail logo was added. Finally the aircraft N201US ends up in the gray and red colors of Northwest Airlines. There are 10 pictures of this registration number on Airliners.net showing all three liveries. I like the one with the cargo bay door open. The markings on the replica are superb in their detail. The cargo doors are marked as well as the passenger doors. You can see the door handles. The cockpit is placed correctly and you can even see the wind shield wipers. All of the windows on the model are sharply printed. These kind of details just add to the great affects of a 400 scale model. (Posted on 8/31/2010)
