Anyone who loves aviation history will love this model. First off, the DC-4 was quite an upgrade over DC-3 with its four engines and faster air speeds. The passenger capacity was greater in the DC-4. Capital Airlines at one time was the fifth larges US airline. This 200 scale model features antennas, rolling landing gear and three bladed spinning props. The printing on the model is sharp and crisp. Showing this aircraft at Greater Pittsburgh International Airport. This model comes with a stand but be careful. The stand I received did not hold the model in place very well. It stub that fits into the model was not tight enough (Posted on 8/31/2010)
