So nice, no words... Review by HERWIN GAMINARA - PORTO ALEGRE (Posted on 9/18/2013)
Gemini Jets 200 Trans World Airlines B767-231ER N601TW (cn 22564/14)
This beautiful model is painted in the last colors before TWA got bought out by American. The aircraft first flew Oct. 15, 1982 and was delivered to TWA Nov. 22, 1982. TW registered the aircraft Jan. 20, 1983 and was part of their fleet till TW was absorbed by AA. In July, 2001 the aircraft was leased by Cameroon Airlines and eventually store for parts Dec., 2006. The aircraft was originally a -200 but later was modified to ER. This model comes with a nice wooden stand, something GJ has managed to work into their larger models. The paint and markings are perfect with this model. The model has great details. There are several antennas, cargo bay doors, landing lights and warning light that add a realistic like appearance to the model. Rolling tires on detailed, scaled landing gear include hub caps with lug nuts visible. The cockpit shape and cockpit windows are spot on. The nose is also correctly shaped. For me, GJ200 can do no wrong adding another TW to my huge 200 scale TW fleet.
