Customer Reviews
Gemini Jets 400 United Airlines B737-824 N27205 (cn 30577/615) Post Merger
The aircraft represented by this model first flew under Boeing registration July 10, 2000 and was delivered to Continental and placed in the new registration N27205 July 25, 2000. Winglets were added in 2005 and now the plane flies in the post merger colors of Untied. The merger took place Dec., 2011. Like other recent releases on the GJ400 B738 mould this is a beauty. GJ has been keeping up with the new colors on their UAL and their Delta contributions to aviation history. I love the drama and grace of the winglets on this model. The retention of the Continental gold globe looks great on this model. The model features rolling tires on the landing gear, the fleet number on the nose gear cover. The engines are shaped perfectly. The cockpit, cockpit windows and the nose shape is matched with the real aircraft. There are some great pictures of this aircraft on A-net: http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?cx=partner-pub-8297169501225184%3Aa05n2n-tzky&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=N27205&sa=Submit&search_active=1&search=&sheadline=&search_field=datedesc&submit=&siteurl=www.airliners.net%2F&ref=www.airliners.net%2Fsearch%2Fphoto.search%3Fcx%3Dpartner-pub-8297169501225184%253Aa05n2n-tzky%26ie%3DISO-8859-1%26q%3DN404UA%26sa%3DSubmit%26search_active%3D1%26search%3D%26sheadline%3D%26search_field%3Ddatedesc%26submit%3D%26siteurl%3Dwww.airliners.net%252F%26ref%3D%26ss%3D&ss=0j0j1 Review by James F (Posted on 11/16/2012)
