This is the first model of the B737-900 in the new United Continental colors after the merger. I have a gut feeling this is not gonna be the final colors. At some point one of the airlines will lose its identity just like American did to TWA. N53442 is the first B739 to receive the new colors. It made its first revenue flight in the new colors Oct. 1,2010. The Aviation 200 mould is not too bad. It features details like several scaled antennas. The cock pit and PAX windows line up correctly when compared to the images on A-net. You can see the wind shield wipers. The emergency egress lines on the wings add further to the detail on this model. Landing lights and warning lights are also part of the model. (Posted on 3/13/2011)
