Herpa has brought another United Airlines model to the UAL 400 scale collection.
This aircraft was delivered to Chautauqua Airlines>United Express, Jan. 27, 2005, It was registered to Shuttle America>United Express August 18, 2005 and was leased to Republic Airlines>United Express (Shuttle America) June 30, 2016.
This reproduction is a great addition to the collection. The aircraft was built in 2005 and features CF34-8E5 engines. These are accurately reproduced.
The nose and cockpit windows are correctly shaped and scaled. The windows are in a dark gray or black cooler as are the passenger winds. The model does not have any antennas.
The livery is faithfully reproduced with the old Continental Globe on the tail.
Rolling tires and landing gear are scaled. The nose gear cover features the fleet number. Wings merge seamlessly to the fuselage. The engines are also perfectly hung from the wings.
This addition in this livery brings over 100 models to the 400 scale collection. (Posted on 1/5/2019)
