Inflight200 United Stars and Bars 747-122 Friendship Blue Titles N4714U (cn 19876/97)
All of a sudden I am feeling like I am a fleet collector in 200 scale when it comes to these Untied B747-100s these early colors.

N4714 first flight was November 13, 1970. It was delivered to UAL November 28, 1970 and was registered to United Airlines on December 18, 1970 wearing FN 8014. Besides the Stars and Bars colors this aircraft also wore the Saul Bass colors. It was later stored for parts at Ardmore Airport, OK and scrapped Feb. 17, 1998.

The model colors are spot on with the blue titles and blue cheat line marked perfectly. The model features rolling tires on its landing gear. The nose gear cover has the fleet number 4714 it. The landing gear are highly detailed and add another aspect of detail to this replica.

The aircraft was known as "Justin Dart" which is painted one the nose below the cockpit. The cockpit shape is correct. The wind shield wipers are not visible on this model as they have been on some previous IF B747s.

The passenger windows are printed crisply through eh blue cheat-line. The passenger doors are also well marked on both sides of the model's fuselage.

There are a couple of antennas which had further detail along with warning lights on the wings and landing lights
