The aircraft was build in 1999 and had its first flight Oct. 13, 1999 and was delivered to Continental Oct. 21, 1999 and was registered by Continental the next day. Nov. 15, 1999 the aircraft was painted in the Peter Max colors. The aircraft started out in the regular Continental colors and then shifted to these colors. It is one of the most photographed B777s with 21 pages of N77014 on Airliners.net. It now flies in the United Continental colors. The JC mould is painted perfectly in the Peter Max colors right down to his signature on the side of the aircraft. Engines on the model are well shaped, landing gear with spinning tires and a red nose gear cover add more details. There are numerous antennas on the top and bottom of the fuselage. The cockpit shape is correct as are the cockpit windows, passenger windows and passenger doors. Although the model doesn't come with a stand, the GJ200 large model stand works beautifully. The is a great new addition to my collection. (Posted on 1/10/2012)
