Gemini Jets 400 Delta Air Lines McDonnell Douglas MD-90-30 N903DA 9203 (cn 53383/2095
There was a time in this hobby that we had very few MD-80s/90s and now GJ is pumping them out nicely. In the Delta colors GJ has been good. They have published just about everything Delta back into the 40s and 50s.

N903DA is about 20 years old and with the latest colors of Delta she looks like a million. The aircraft was built in 1995 and first flew Feb. 1, 1995. It was delivered to Delta March 26, 1995 and registered May 5,, 1995. Aircraft started out in Widget colors. It was also painted in the Deltaflot colors. After Delta and Northwest merged the post merger current colors were painted on the aircraft.

A MD-90 has bigger engines than the MD-80.

The model is white with the current colors painted on the tail and the post merger logo on the front of the fuselage The nose, cockpit and cockpit windows are spot on with the images on A-net. I like the dark window color. It stands out so well on the white backdrop.

Passenger windows and doors are delineated crisply. The reg number is posted in the proper area behind the wing and the American Flag. Font sizes are correct.

On the wings the emergency egress arrows are painted on the wing next to the fuselage. The end of the wings have the green and red warning lights. There is a red warning lot on top of the fuselage.

The scaled landing gear looks great. You can see the fleet number 9203 on the nose gear cover.

This is a great model to add to the 100 plus 400 scale Delta family.
