Golden Falcon Eastern
OK I think the kinks are worked out.

This should be a 5 star but I still have a bug up my bum about the red dot beacons, the jewelled beacons are just so cool. I'm glad to see that Western/AC200 are starting to make stands for their models so I could show it on high. On the plus side the seam at the wing root is seamless and the print is spiffy. I am so happy to have a Golden Falcon Eastern. Hockey Stick Easterns are numerous but a GF is rare and something I have waited years for. To the side of the port side hatches it says Deuxe Coach Service. When was the last time an airline could boast about that LOL.

The B720 sure looks good in the Golden Falcon livery of Eastern Airlines.

This aircraft first flew July 27, 1961 and was delivered to Eastern Aug 14, 1961. In April, 1971 TEA Airlines acquired the aircraft which was store Nov., 1977 and broken up in August 1980 at Shannon, Ireland.

The only beef I have with this mould is how the tail and wings merge with the fuselage. There is a seam. it is not bad. It is not a deal breaker but hopefully future WM will address this.

The Golden Falcon and the Fly Eastern Airlines are faithfully produced on a white fuselage, a great canvas for any livery. The model is marked with the "Deluxe Coach Service. The passenger doors and windows look great on the white backdrop. The dark window color looks nice and is just above the cheat line.

Cockpit shape, nose and windows are accurate. The model has a polished belly. Cargo bay doors are on the polished belly and look good.

This is a great addition to the Eastern 200 scale fleet with many props and jets counted in that scale.
