N807MD was delivered to U.S. Airways May 24, 2004 and is still flying today. I am disipointed in this model and its mould. but also am glad that some one is now hitting the old dark blue livery of U. S. Airways. I am glad to see metal versions of models in this livery. When you look at images of the CF34-8E5 engines on this model they are perfectly round, not the oval shape they should be. Here is a head on shot of this aircraft: http://www.airliners.net/photo/US-Airways-Express/Embraer-ERJ-170-100SU-170SU/0587400/L/&sid=30f21be19fa64be8e2fc435944a70d28 Clearly on the aircraft the engines are oval.

Other details on the model are much more exciting and correct.

The landing gear looks good with proper sizing of the rolling tires and wheel covers. The hub caps could use a little more detail like lug nuts. There are a multitude of antennas on this model and this is replicated correctly as to size and position on the fuselage.

On the underbelly of the model the cargo bay doors are marked clearly and line up with the positions depicted in photos on Airliners.net. Winglet size and shape on the model matches with the aircraft photos.

Landing lights on the wings and on the nose gear add detail to the model as does the fleet number painted on the nose gear cover. Warning lights on the wings and fuselage also add nice detail to the model.

The dark blue color is matched and the red cheat-line looks good.

The nose shape is no were near as pointed on the model as the real aircraft. The model's nose is blunted compare to the real aircraft.
