This is a nice model. N15841 came to Continental in the red meatball colors. The aircraft had its first flight May 27, 1987 and was delivered July 21, 1987, registered by Continental Oct. 10, 1987. The plane was stored Dec., 2004. After 2004 the aircraft was owned by Wells Fargo until it was broken up in 2008. While starting out in the red meatball colors it eventually was painted in the Golden globe on blue colors. There is nice detail on the nose gear with the fleet number affixed to the gear cover. You can see the lug nuts on the wheels. The model also has warning lights and several antennas. Nose and cockpit shape is okay. Images on A-net make me think the nose could be a little longer to match the images. Engine shape is matched well with the photos. The wings feature emergency egress arrows. The cheat-line colors gold should be a bit lighter in color and the red too seems a little off. This is always hard to tell from pictures vs. the model. PAX windows and doors are clearly printed.
